A symptom tracker built for the hard days
A symptom tracker only helps if you can keep using it when you feel worst. Tralo is a private symptom tracker for chronic illness that asks for very little, shows you patterns over time, and never scolds you for a missed day. It is coming soon to iPhone and Android.
What you can log
- Severity in one tap. Rate how a symptom feels without filling in a form.
- Where it hurts. Tag body regions so a flare in your back and a flare in your hands stay separate.
- Notes, voice and photos. Say it out loud or snap a picture when typing is too much.
- Context. Add sleep, mood and medications beside each symptom so the full picture is in one place.
Why a simple log beats memory
Symptoms change from day to day, and by appointment time most people remember the last few days and little else. A running log turns "it comes and goes" into dates, severity and context you can point to.
Tralo looks for links between what you log, such as symptom-heavy days that follow poor sleep. These are suggestions to think about with your care team, not diagnoses.
Designed to be gentle
No streaks, no guilt and no alarming colors for ordinary entries. If you skip a week, Tralo welcomes you back without comment. Your entries are private: no ads and no data sales, and you can export or delete everything whenever you like.
