Switch to Tralo

Your old app shouldn't hold your history hostage.

Switching from Medisafe, Bearable, CareClinic, or any tracker? Bring your medications, symptoms, and mood with you. It takes a few minutes, and your data stays yours — no lock-in, ever.

Switching takes three steps

1

Export where you are

Most apps let you download your data as a CSV. We've written step-by-step guides for the popular ones below.

2

Pick the file in Tralo

Open Settings → Import from another app, choose your old app, and select the file. We suggest a column mapping for you to confirm before anything is saved.

3

Your history comes with you

Review the preview and import. Run it twice by accident? We skip duplicates automatically — nothing gets doubled.

Step-by-step for your app

Don't see yours? If it exports a CSV, the Generic CSV importer handles it.

Medisafe

Medications
  1. 1.While you can still open Medisafe, go to More → Report
  2. 2.Choose All Meds and a date range, then Export to Excel — Medisafe emails you the file
  3. 3.Open the emailed file → Tralo → Settings → Import from another app → Medisafe → confirm which column is the medication name → Import

Bearable

Symptoms & mood
  1. 1.Open Bearable → Settings → export your data
  2. 2.Choose all-time and save the CSV
  3. 3.In Tralo: Settings → Import from another app → Bearable → Import

CareClinic

Symptom logs
  1. 1.Open CareClinic → Reports → Logs (use the search icon to set a date range)
  2. 2.Tap the download icon (top-left) and save as CSV
  3. 3.In Tralo: Settings → Import from another app → CareClinic → review the mapping → Import

Any other app

Any CSV export
  1. 1.Export your data as a CSV from your current app
  2. 2.In Tralo: Settings → Import from another app → Generic CSV
  3. 3.Match your columns to ours in a quick preview, then import

No lock-in

Your data is yours — coming and going.

We make it easy to bring your history in, and just as easy to take it out. Export everything you log at any time, free. Tralo is built to HIPAA standards, and every import and export is recorded in your private audit trail.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Yes, as long as you can still open Medisafe (you're in the trial, on the free tier, or still subscribed). Export your medications first — More → Report → Export to Excel — and Medisafe emails you the file. Open it in Tralo under Settings → Import from another app and import. Medisafe's export is an activity report rather than a clean list, so you'll confirm which column holds the medication name during a quick preview. If your trial has already lapsed and the app is locked, Medisafe controls that data — you'd need to contact their support to get it out. The lesson: export before you lose access, and with Tralo your data is always yours to take.
