Coming soon

A symptom log you can bring to your doctor

Appointments are short, and it is hard to describe weeks of symptoms from memory. A simple log helps you say what happened, when, and how bad it was. Tralo is a symptom tracker coming soon to iPhone and Android that builds this record as you go.

What is worth writing down

  • What and where. The symptom and the part of the body it affects.
  • When and how long. The date, the time of day and roughly how long it lasted.
  • How bad. A simple severity rating, kept the same way each time.
  • What was going on. Sleep, stress, food, activity and any medications taken.
  • What helped or made it worse. Anything you tried and what happened.

Make it easy to share

Tralo keeps your entries in one timeline. You can export a PDF on the annual plan, or give a family member or provider a one-time access code. Access is view-only, time-limited and revocable, so you decide who sees what and for how long.

Bring questions with you too. Your log shows the pattern, and the appointment is where you and your clinician decide what it means.

Keep it light

A log that takes ten seconds on a bad day gets used. A log that takes five minutes gets abandoned. Tralo is designed around the ten-second version, and it never penalizes a gap.
